Don’t Cry over Spilt Tea: Revelation Reveals that God Has Got This

Okay, so everyone’s obsessed with the world being a total dumpster fire right now. Wars, corruption, crime, total insanity—it’s like we’re living in a really bad reality show with no season finale in sight. But here’s the thing: Revelation reveals all of this. Shocking, right? Turns out, when you actually read the Bible (instead of just spiraling over the news), you see that God already called all of this, and more importantly, He’s in control of it.

So, let’s break this down and answer some burning questions with actual scripture receipts.

Why Are Nations Acting Like Total Psychos?

📖 Psalm 2:1-3 – “Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth rise up and the rulers band together against the Lord and against his anointed, saying, ‘Let us break their chains and throw off their shackles.’”

📖 Revelation 16:14 – “They are demonic spirits that perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world, to gather them for the battle on the great day of God Almighty.”

So, basically, the world is losing its mind because leaders and nations are out here plotting against God like they’re in some kind of twisted rebellion club. They don’t want God’s authority, so they freak out, form alliances, start wars, and act like they can just cancel Him. But surprise! They can’t. Again- Revelation reveals all of this.

Apostle John straight-up tells us that demonic forces are fueling this chaos to set the stage for the final showdown. So yeah, world leaders think they’re in charge, but plot twist: God’s already written the ending.

Why Is Evil, Like, EVERYWHERE Right Now?

📖 2 Timothy 3:1-5 – “But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God—having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.”

📖 Revelation 13:16-17 – “It also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads, so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of its name.”

So, why does it feel like the world has turned into a bad episode of ‘Black Mirror’? Oh right, because the Bible literally reveals to us that this would happen. People are obsessed with themselves, money is the ultimate idol, and morality? Gone. We’re living in the age of narcissism, corruption, and a total lack of self-control—which, fun fact, is exactly what Paul warned about in 2 Timothy.

And Revelation takes it a step further: The world is gearing up for full-on control mode. The whole “mark of the beast” thing? It’s all about a system where if you don’t bow down to the new world order, you can’t participate in society. So yeah, the fact that we’re watching society literally prep for this exact scenario is kind of wild.

But What Happens to People Who Actually Stay Faithful?

📖 Revelation 3:5 – “The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out the name of that person from the book of life, but will acknowledge that name before my Father and his angels.”

📖 Revelation 21:7 – “The one who is victorious will inherit all this, and I will be their God and they will be my children.”

So, here’s the tea: If you stay faithful, you win. Period. The end. No matter how bad things get, God promises victory. In Revelation 3:5, He says He’ll acknowledge you before the Father—which is basically the heavenly equivalent of Jesus saying, “Yup, they’re with Me.” And in Revelation 21:7, He makes it even clearer: You’re not just saved—you inherit everything. As in, eternal life, joy, peace, and a seat at the table with the King of Kings.

Yeah, things are getting crazy, but nothing is spiraling out of God’s control. He literally mapped it all out for us so we wouldn’t be surprised.
