These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the products offered by Virginia Byrd Books ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") on our website [Your Website URL] ("Site"). My Products
We offer three types of products, each handled a little differently:
Printable Devotional Sets — digital PDF downloads, delivered instantly after purchase.
Children's Books — physical, printed books sold through Amazon and fulfilled via Amazon KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing).
Home Decor (Wall Art & Pillows) — physical, made-to-order products produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner, Fourthwall.
Purchase and Payment
By purchasing a product, you agree to pay the price listed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Depending on the product, checkout may take place on our Site, on Fourthwall's platform, or on Amazon — each processes payment according to its own payment terms in addition to these Terms.
Taxes: Prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees that may be incurred.
Delivery and Access
Printables: Upon successful payment, you will receive a PDF download link or file, either immediately or via email. It is your responsibility to keep your own copy — we recommend saving the file to your device once downloaded, as download links may expire.
Children's Books: Purchases are placed through Amazon and fulfilled by Amazon KDP. Amazon's shipping timelines and policies apply once your order is placed.
Home Decor: Wall art and pillows are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Fourthwall. Production and shipping timelines are provided at checkout and are subject to Fourthwall's fulfillment schedule, which is outside our direct control.
Returns and Refunds
Printables: Because printable files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales of digital printables are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or emailed to you. If your file is corrupted, missing, or you're having trouble accessing it, contact us at [support email] and we'll make it right.
Children's Books: These are sold and fulfilled through Amazon. Returns, replacements, and refunds for damaged, defective, or misprinted books are handled directly through Amazon's return policy — please visit Amazon's Returns & Replacements page or contact Amazon customer service. We're happy to help point you in the right direction if you run into an issue.
Home Decor (Wall Art & Pillows): These are made-to-order and fulfilled by Fourthwall. Returns and replacements follow Fourthwall's return policy, which covers verified quality or fulfillment issues (such as damage in transit, misprints, or the wrong item being sent) but does not cover buyer's remorse, sizing preference, or a simple change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue at [support email], and we'll coordinate a replacement or refund through Fourthwall on your behalf.
Exceptions: Outside of the policies above, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, text, and content in our printables, books, and decor products are owned by Virginia Byrd Books (or licensed to us) and are protected by copyright law.
Printables are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may print copies for your own household or personal devotional use, but you may not resell, redistribute, share, or repost the files (including the PDF itself or scans/photos of printed pages) in any form, digital or physical.
Children's Books and Home Decor you purchase are yours to keep and use personally, but the underlying artwork, text, and designs remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, reprint, or create derivative products from our designs without written permission.
User Obligations
If you create an account with us, you're responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for any activity under your account. You agree not to use our products or Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and not to copy, redistribute, or resell our digital files or designs.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virginia Byrd Books is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. For physical products fulfilled by Amazon KDP or Fourthwall, our liability is further limited to what those platforms' own policies provide, since production, quality control, and shipping for those items are handled by them, not us. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our Site or products after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
